Przeanalizuj zmiany częstości oddechów podczas korzystania z respiratora Scare (RESPSUS)
Pilotażowe badanie stosowania respiratora przerażającego: wpływ na synchronizację, częstość oddechów, częstość akcji serca, nasycenie tlenem, skalę bólu noworodków i niemowląt (NIPS) oraz cykl snu i czuwania na amplitudową elektroencefalografię (aEEG)

W tym badaniu pilotażowym badacz chce sprawdzić, czy „respirator straszący” może modyfikować parametry życiowe noworodka (NB) i czy istnieje związek między częstotliwością na minutę podawaną przez respirator straszący a częstością oddechów pacjenta.
„Respirator straszący” był wielokrotnie stosowany w celu zapobiegania bezdechowi ośrodkowemu u noworodka. Wiąże się to z użyciem mechanicznego wentylatora, ale zamiast podłączania go do tchawicy pacjenta w celu napełnienia płuc, przepływ powietrza jest podłączony do rękawicy chirurgicznej, która nadmuchuje i opróżnia powietrze, z optymalną częstością oddechów, jaką powinien mieć pacjent. Zostanie on umieszczony na plecach, aby stymulować go taktycznie, dając niezbędny impuls wdechowy, tak aby pacjent sam mógł nabrać ruchu.
Znaczenie rozwoju tego badania polega na tym, że zaobserwowano, że „maska strasząca” może uniknąć bezdechów centralnych, ale nie przeprowadzono żadnych badań dotyczących zmiany częstości oddechów, która występuje w przypadku urządzenia lub czy przeszkadza NB lub zmienia jego wzorzec snu czuwania.
Ma na celu ocenę 10 wcześniaków podczas 3 okresów obserwacji. Oceniane będą tętno (HR), częstość oddechów (RR) i saturacja, skala bólu i aEEG wzór snu i czuwania; najpierw okres odpoczynku między karmieniami jako linia bazowa, następnie respirator odstraszający przy 20 cyklach na minutę i na końcu przy 40 cyklach na minutę. Różnice zmiennych jakościowych i ilościowych zostaną ocenione za pomocą testów statystycznych ad-hoc.
