在这项研究中,将执行 2 个程序。 第一个程序将命名为 P1,包括皮下注射安慰剂或肉毒杆菌毒素 A。第二个程序将是交叉程序,称为 P2。 对于交叉程序,最初接受肉毒杆菌毒素 A 的受试者将接受安慰剂,而最初接受安慰剂的受试者将接受肉毒杆菌毒素 A。这是一项随机双盲安慰剂对照试验。 招募的受试者将在 P1 之前(或在访问 P1 之前的访问期间)获得同意、登记和评估。 在初始治疗前评估后,受试者将随机接受安慰剂或肉毒杆菌毒素 A 皮下注射 (P1)。 将在 P1 后 2 周和 8 周进行电话跟进(或电子邮件跟进)。 现场跟进将在 P1 后 4 周和 P1 后 12 周进行。

- 18岁至80岁之间
- 诊断为外伤性脊髓损伤
- 目标疼痛被医生视为具有高度确定性的自然级 SCI(使用 Likert 置信度范围为 0-5 的 4 或 5,其中 0 是“纯粹猜测”,5 是“绝对确定”)
- 能够给予书面知情同意
- 针对持续存在至少 1 个月的疼痛
- 目标疼痛在过去一周至少具有中等平均强度,例如,在数字评分量表上大于或等于 4/10,这是 SCI 人群中度疼痛的截止点。
- 目标疼痛位于识别 NLI 的皮节内或 NLI 以下 3 个级别内

ACTIVE_COMPARATOR:肉毒素A
每瓶肉毒杆菌毒素(100U、BOTOX、Allergan)将按照制造商的建议(浓度为 5 单位肉毒杆菌毒素 A/0.2ml)用 4ml 非防腐盐水溶液 (0.9%) 重新配制。
每次注射将是 0.2mL(BOTOX,5 个单位),通过 25 号针头进行注射。
标记区域将进行皮下注射,每次注射以 1 cm 的半径与标记区域中的其他注射分开(最多 80 次注射,400 单位)。
