失血是脊柱手术中的一个主要问题。 在腰椎融合手术中,一项研究估计非器械融合术的平均失血量为 800 mL(范围 100-3,100 mL),而器械融合术的平均失血量为 1,517 mL(范围 360-7,000 mL)。 据估计,接受脊柱手术的患者中有 8% 至 36% 需要输血。输血可促进大规模手术期间的组织灌注和氧气输送,但会带来罕见但重大的风险。 这些包括急性肺损伤、发热反应、过敏发作、感染和免疫反应受损。 鉴于这些潜在的风险,有必要制定尽量减少大量失血和由此产生的输血的策略。
