符合条件的参与者将被分配到使用固定分配随机化和基于计算机的随机数生成分配的研究组。
参与者将在入组时以及第 1、3、5、7 和 14 天(出院相关)由 2 名盲法评估员(神经科学亚专家)进行监测,并将在研究期间接受标准护理。
出院后,参与者将进入为期 12 个月的随访阶段,分别在 30±14 天、90±14 天、180±14 天和 365±14 天进行门诊就诊。
他们将在第 30 天访问时接受标准护理 MRI 扫描,并在第 90 天和 365 天访问时接受大脑 CT 护理标准,并将使用 NINDS 中风通用数据元素建立的预选结果评估进行评估这些时间点。

- 已按照规定的规定书面知情同意参加研究;如果参与者无法提供知情同意,则必须从参与者的合法授权代表 (LAR) 处获得书面同意。
- 表示愿意在研究期间遵守所有研究程序和可用性。
- 使用放射成像(计算机断层扫描 (CT)、CT 血管造影 (CTA) 等)使用 ABC/2 方法测量的自发性 ICH ≥ 15 mL 的确诊。 小脑 ICH 的存在是排除性的。 由于占位效应和脑水肿而导致的脑积水的存在并不是排他性的。 如果患者患有需要脑脊液 (CSF) 引流的脑积水,则将放置脑室外引流作为护理标准,并且不会是排他性的。
- 如果满足所有资格标准,则在入组前 24 小时内出现症状。 未知的发病时间是排除性的。 对于从睡眠中醒来并出现症状的患者,使用患者最后一次恢复健康的时间。
- 就诊时格拉斯哥昏迷量表 (GCS) 评分≥。
- 就诊时美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表 (NIHSS) 评分≥。
- 在入组和随机分组时维持收缩压 (SBP) < 200 mmHg。
- 历史改良 Rankin 量表 (mRS) 得分为 0 或 1。
排除标准:
- 18 岁以下的男性或女性
- 被监禁的病人
- ICH 已知为外伤的结果
- 无明显脑实质内成分的原发性脑室内出血。
- 动脉瘤破裂、动静脉畸形 (AVM)、血管异常、Moyamoya 病、缺血性梗死的出血性转化、近期(< 1 年)出血的复发、放射影像诊断的肿瘤。
- 肿块不稳定或出现颅内筋膜室综合征的患者。
- 脑干出血或不可逆的脑干功能受损(双侧固定、散大瞳孔和伸肌运动姿势),GCS ≤ 4。
- 血小板计数 < 100,000; INR > 1.4。
- 任何不可逆的凝血病或已知的凝血障碍。
- 不同程度的吞咽困难(通过正式言语和吞咽或床边吞咽评估确定)或恶心/呕吐可能导致芬戈莫德口服给药困难。
- Mobitz II 型二度或三度房室 (AV) 传导阻滞或病态窦房结综合征的已知病史。
- 在过去 6 个月内因以下原因入院:心肌梗塞、不稳定型心绞痛、中风、需要住院治疗的失代偿性心力衰竭或 III/IV 级心力衰竭。
- 基线 QTc 间期≥500 毫秒。
- 目前正在接受 Ia 类或 III 类抗心律失常药物治疗。
- 植入的心脏装置与研究所需的所需 MRI 序列(非对比 T1、T2、SWI/GRE 和 FLAIR 序列)不兼容。
- 肝功能异常或肝功能衰竭
- 活动性急性或慢性病毒感染
- 积极使用抗肿瘤、免疫抑制或免疫调节疗法。
- 由于合并症或在随机化之前处于 DNR/DNI 状态,预计无法存活到 180 天就诊。
- 研究者认为会干扰对研究要求的依从性的药物或酒精使用或依赖。
