基本原理 研究人员正在研究近红外光谱 (NIRS) 在一系列临床相关医疗条件下检测大脑功能和氧合作用改变的能力。

胃肠道是肠道微生物群的动态局部生态系统。 肠道菌群失调是导致宿主疾病的肠道微生物组成的改变,发生在 IBD 患者中。 具体而言,与健康对照相比,IBD 患者表现出较低的微生物 α 多样性,并且富含几组细菌。 最近,临床前、转化和临床研究表明,微生物组结构组成或功能的改变可能导致精神疾病的发展,包括抑郁样行为,因此,它是连接肠-脑轴的重要组成部分. 与此相一致的是,肠道微生物群的改变与慢性炎症性疾病(如 IBD)的发展之间存在很强的相关性,这表明生态失调是胃肠道疾病和心理健康的重要因素。 然而,人们对 IBD 肠道菌群失调可能改变行为的确切机制知之甚少。

考虑到与慢性外周炎症相关的神经炎症,皮质灌注和氧合的改变可能至少部分导致与 IBD 相关的行为症状和与疾病相关的健康相关生活质量 (QoL) 的降低。
IBD 诊所定期测试 IBD 的新疗法。 他们已同意将 NIRS 整合到试验方案中,以确定是否有足够的证据保证对 NIRS 作为 IBD 神经系统受累的生物标志物进行更长时间的试验。

纳入标准:
符合条件的患者将是:
- > 18 岁,患有中度至重度 UC 或(部分 Mayo 评分 [不包括内窥镜检查] ≥5,直肠出血子评分 ≥1;或总 Mayo 子评分 6-12,RBS ≥1)或 CD(Harvey-Bradshaw 指数 [ HBI] 为 7 或更高,并且在 POC 肠道超声上确认活动性 CD(定义为肠壁厚度 > 3mm 和阳性彩色多普勒信号以及粪便钙卫蛋白 > 50 μg/g)。
