符合WHO 2016年Ph染色体或BCR/ABL1阳性Ph+ALL急性淋巴细胞白血病诊断分型标准。这是一名新诊断的 Ph+ALL。
预计生存至少3个月。
ECOG ≤ 2。
器官功能充足。
在治疗期间以及最后一次服用研究药物后至少三个月内使用有效的避孕措施，男性患者不得捐献精子。
对具有生育能力的女性受试者首次给药前 7 天内获得的血清样本的妊娠测试结果为阴性。
理解并自愿签署伦理委员会（EC）批准的知情同意书，并自愿完成研究程序和随访检查。

排除标准：

有慢性粒细胞白血病病史以及急性白血病合并慢性粒细胞白血病的诊断。
中枢神经系统 (CNS) 白血病或 ALL 髓外浸润的临床表现，淋巴结肿大或肝脾肿大除外。
既往或当前的临床中枢神经系统疾病。
可能累及中枢神经系统的自身免疫性疾病。
使用治疗剂量的抗凝剂和/或抗血小板剂，但允许使用低剂量的抗凝剂以保持中心静脉管线开放。

不受控制的心脏病。
