这是一项随机、单中心、双盲的研究。
本研究的主要目的是确定 rhC1INH 与安慰剂相比,在心脏循环死亡测定 (DCD) 后肾脏接受者中降低移植物功能延迟发生率和严重程度的能力。

移植接受者的纳入标准:
接受移植肾的成年患者应满足以下条件才能被视为研究的一部分:
- 具有理解研究要求的能力,能够提供书面知情同意书(包括同意使用和披露研究相关健康信息)。
- 男性或女性至少 18 岁。
- 接受已故捐赠者的移植(心脏循环死亡标准确定后捐赠)。
- 能够符合护理诱导治疗要求的标准,例如用兔多克隆抗胸腺细胞球蛋白、抗-CD25(抗-IL2R)或抗-CD52进行抗体诱导治疗。
符合以下条件的女性受试者有资格参加研究:
- 未怀孕或哺乳
- 无生育能力(即,绝经后定义为在筛选前至少闭经 1 年,或在给予研究药物或双侧卵巢切除术或全子宫切除术前至少 6 个月进行过双侧输卵管结扎)。
- 如果有生育能力,必须在移植手术前 48 小时内进行阴性血清妊娠试验,并使用有效的避孕方法(根据特定地点的指南或同时使用 2 种避孕方法,以更严格的为准)这将持续到第 180 天访问。

移植接受者的排除标准:
- 在手术前 30 天内使用研究药物。
- 未经主办方调查员事先批准,参与任何其他研究(药物或非药物)。
- 接受活体供体肾脏或来自脑死亡供体 (DBD) 供体的肾脏。
- 用常温机器灌注保存的供肾接受者。
- 计划进行多器官移植。
- 计划进行整体移植肾脏(双肾移植)。
- 已计划移植双肾(来自同一捐献者)而不是整体移植。
- 由于移植物血栓形成而失去了第一次肾移植手术。
- 计划从已知在器官恢复前立即接受另一项 IND/CTA 下缺血/再灌注损伤研究性治疗的供体移植肾脏。
- 已知对人单克隆抗体或任何研究药物赋形剂过敏。
- 既往对巴利昔单抗、Campath-1H 或抗胸腺细胞球蛋白 (ATG) 过敏。
- 最近五年内有恶性肿瘤病史,但切除的皮肤鳞状细胞癌或基底细胞癌或宫颈上皮内瘤变除外。
- HIV 阳性接受者。
- 乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性肾移植受者。
- 乙型肝炎核心抗体阳性肾移植受者。
