进行了一项包含两组(对照组和干预组)的随机临床研究。
根据患者是否符合纳入/排除标准选择患者,所有符合标准的患者均自愿参与。 这些数据由位于莱里达的 Arnau de Vilanova 大学医院 (HUAV) 的静脉治疗小组 (ETI) 从 2020 年 9 月 16 日开始收集,直至收集完成研究所需的患者总数 (n=216) .
根据 ETI-HUAV 算法,患者需要插入中线静脉导管 (BD-18580 PowerMidline™ 4F) 或外周插入中央导管 (BD-20178 PowerPICC™ 4,5 或 6 F)。 所有插入都是在超声波的帮助下作为引导技术进行的。 此外,为了统一研究人员的标准,所有患者在技术和应用插入后止血方案至少 2 分钟或直到插入部位止血之前都接受了皮肤切开术。
