Criterio di inclusione:
- Diagnosi clinica di ictus ischemico acuto
- Idoneo per trombolisi endovenosa (IVT) e IVT iniziata entro 4,5 ore dall'insorgenza dell'ictus
- Diagnosi confermata di occlusione persistente dell'arteria carotide terminale, dell'arteria cerebrale media (M1 o M2) o dell'arteria basilare coerente con i sintomi
- Età >18 anni
- Approvazione etica in corso
