アナキンラは、関節リウマチの治療薬として 2001 年に FDA から認可された完全ヒト型 IL-1ra (インターロイキン 1 受容体アゴニスト) です。 IL-1 受容体に競合的に結合し、IL-1 シグナル伝達をブロックします。 これは短時間作用型の薬剤であり、毎日 1 ~ 2 mg/kg、最大 100 mg/回の皮下投与が必要です。 2 型糖尿病 (2 型糖尿病) の HbA1c (糖化ヘモグロビン) の低下に効果的であり、最近発症した 1 型糖尿病 (1 型糖尿病) に対するアナキンラのランダム化試験がヨーロッパで進行中です。 全体として、アナキンラは、10年以上にわたり、良好な安全記録を持つ成人および子供に使用されてきました. まれな副作用には、感染症、好中球減少症、吐き気、下痢、心肺停止、インフルエンザ様症状、および抗アナキンラ抗体の産生が含まれます.

- 1型糖尿病の診断時の年齢8〜18歳
以下を伴う糖尿病性ケトアシドーシス:
- 血漿グルコース濃度 >300 mg/dl、
- 静脈pH <7.30または
- 血清重炭酸塩濃度 <15 mmol/L、および
- 尿または血清中のケトン
血液学:
- WBC >3000 x 109/L;
- 血小板 >100,000 x 109/L;
- ヘモグロビン >10.0 g/dL
- 女性の血液妊娠検査は陰性。
除外基準:
以下を含む基礎疾患のある子供:
- 1型糖尿病以外の活動性自己免疫疾患または免疫不全疾患、
- 悪性、
- 臓器移植、
- コルチコステロイドの慢性使用を必要とするあらゆる状態
- 1型糖尿病を予防するための以前の免疫療法
- -HIV、B型肝炎、またはC型肝炎による現在または以前の感染歴によって評価される
