환자의 표준 수집 임상 정보는 신장 이식(txp) 수용자의 면역억제 상태(IS) 초과, 최적 및 미달 상태(IS)를 식별합니다.
txp 케어에서 IS의 정의는 환자의 임상 사진으로 정의됩니다.
감염이 있는 환자는 면역이 과도하게 억제되어 있고 거부 반응이 있는 환자는 면역이 억제되어 있습니다.
둘 다 없고 이식 기능이 정상이며 Cr이 정상이고 소변량이 좋은 환자는 최적의 IS를 가집니다.
