包含基準:
- HIV-1感染。研究登録前の任意の時点で認可された迅速検査キットによって記録され、ウェスタンブロットまたはELISA検査キットによって確認されたもの。
血漿 HIV-1 RNA は代替の確認検査として受け入れられます。
- 男性も女性も18歳以上。
- 研究に参加する前に抗レトロウイルス治療を受けていない。
- PMTC に対して単回用量のネビラピンまたは任意の期間の AZT を受けた患者は、ARV 未経験とはみなされません。
- 研究登録前の90日以内に得られたCD4+細胞数が100細胞/mm3以下である。
- 研究登録前90日以内に得られたHIV RNAレベル > 1,000コピー/mL。
- 日和見感染症または HIV 関連感染症の患者は、患者の準備が整い、ARV 治療を開始できるようになった時点で、各センターの主任研究者の臨床判断に従って対象に含めることがあります。
研究登録前 30 日以内に取得された検査値:
- 絶対好中球数 (ANC) > 500/mm3。
- ヘモグロビン > 8.0 g/dL。
- 血小板数 > 50,000/mm3。
- AST (SGOT)、ALT (SGPT)、ULN の 5 倍のマイナーなアルカリホスファターゼ。
- ULNの2.5倍のマイナー総ビリルビン。
- Cockcroft-Gault 方程式によって推定されるクレアチニン クリアランス マイナーが 50* mL/min、または正式なクレアチニン クリアランス測定によって計算されるクレアチニン クリアランス > 50 mL/min
- 生殖能力のあるすべての女性(閉経に達していない、または子宮摘出術、卵巣摘出術、または卵管結紮術を受けていない)は、研究参加前7日以内に実施される血清または尿中のb-HCG妊娠検査が陰性でなければなりません。
- 生殖能力のない女性被験者(閉経に達しているか、子宮摘出術、卵巣摘出術、卵管結紮術を受けている)、または男性パートナーが精管切除術を受けて結果的に無精子症になった、またはその他の理由で無精子症になっている女性被験者は、避妊の使用を必要とせずに適格です。 患者が報告した病歴による閉経、不妊手術(子宮摘出術、卵巣摘出術、卵管結紮術、または精管切除術)および無精子症の記録は許容されます。
- すべての被験者は、受胎プロセス(つまり、妊娠または妊娠を試みる積極的な試み、精子提供、体外受精)に参加しないことに同意する必要があり、妊娠につながる可能性のある性行為に参加する場合は、女性研究ボランティア/男性パートナーが同意する必要があります。プロトコールで指定された薬の投与中および薬の中止後 1 か月間は、以下の注に指定されている避妊方法を使用することに同意する必要があります。

- -治験参加前180日以内に以下の薬剤を使用している:全身がん化学療法、全身治験薬、免疫調節剤(成長因子、免疫グロブリン、インターロイキン、インターフェロン)。
- -ランダム化前の過去2週間における全身性コルチコステロイドの使用。
- 研究開始時の非代償性肝疾患(Child-Pugh分類のステージCとして定義)。
- 研究者の意見では、プロトコルの順守を損なう精神状態の変化。
- セクション5.1に記載されているように、別の薬剤で代替できない治験薬またはその製剤に対するアレルギー/過敏症
- 研究者が研究要件の順守を妨げると判断した、薬物またはアルコールの積極的な使用または依存。
- 被験者が抗レトロウイルス薬の研究計画を受けることができなくなる重篤な病気。
- 研究者の意見では、プロトコールの順守および/またはフォローアップを危うくする重篤な医学的疾患。
