상세 설명
주의 산만은 점점 더 커지고 있는 공중 보건 문제로, 산만 운전으로 인한 사회적 피해는 1,230억 달러로 추산됩니다. 문자 메시지, 소셜 미디어 및 컴퓨터 팝업 시대에 산만함은 피할 수 없습니다. 주의를 방해하는 산만함을 줄이기 위해 특별히 개발된 알려진 개입은 없습니다. 이 프로젝트는 가상 현실(VR) 기술을 습관화 학습 및 노출 요법과 결합하여 주의가 산만해지기 쉬운 어린이의 학습 및 주의를 방해하는 산만 요소의 능력을 감소시키는 치료법을 테스트합니다. 조사관은 주의력 결핍/과잉 행동 장애(ADHD) 증상이 있는 어린이를 대상으로 치료를 테스트할 예정입니다. 어린이는 일상 기능을 방해하는 산만 장애를 경험하는 풍부한 샘플을 대표하기 때문입니다. 연구자들은 심각한 주의 산만으로 고통받는 어린이가 주의 집중이 필요한 환경을 시뮬레이션하는 VR 요법에서 주의 산만 요소를 무시하고 주의력을 향상시키는 방법을 배울 수 있다고 가정합니다. 치료의 신경 표적은 산만 처리를 억제하는 데 사용되는 능동적 및 반응적 제어 메커니즘입니다. 조사관은 VR 치료가 단속 측정법을 통해 신연자 억제를 얼마나 잘 조절하는지 평가하고 신연자에 의한 안구 운동 캡처 빈도와 치료 전후에 신연자 억제의 효율성을 측정합니다. 산만한 사람을 향한 머리 움직임의 변화, 부모와 교사의 ADHD 등급 척도, 주의력이 요구되는 작업에 대한 성능 향상은 치료의 성공과 새로운 환경에 대한 일반화 능력을 추가로 평가할 것입니다. 아이들은 산만한 비율이 높은 교실 환경을 시뮬레이션하는 VR 헤드셋을 사용하여 집에서 컴퓨터 연습을 할 것입니다. 아이들은 마치 교실에 있는 것처럼 집중을 요하는 과제를 수행하게 되며, 아이들의 성과에 따라 적응된 개인화된 산만함(예: 또래의 대화, 지나가는 교사)의 강도와 속도가 조절됩니다. 오늘날의 저비용 VR 게임 기술을 통해 아이들은 가볍고 편안한 VR 게임 헤드셋을 사용하여 일주일에 여러 번 집에서 습관화 치료 세션에 참여할 수 있습니다.

- Conners의 부모 또는 교사 평가 척도-3 또는 부모 ADHD 평가 척도-IV(ADHD-RS)에서 인지 문제/부주의 또는 DSM 부주의 척도 점수의 유의미한(T 점수 >= 60) 등급
- 임상 정신과 면담에서 4개 이상의 부주의 증상을 지지함(예: 학부모 DISC, DICA, Kiddie-SADS, Mini-KID)
- 편안한 컴퓨터 사용
- 풀 스케일 IQ > 80
제외 기준:
- 정신병(전화 화면의 부모 보고), 심각한 우울증, 자폐증(사회적 의사소통 설문지(SCQ)에서 15세 이상), 정신병적 장애, 시각 또는 청각 장애 또는 작업 수행을 방해할 수 있는 기타 장애
- 계속하는 것이 피험자에게 최선의 이익이 되지 않는다는 것이 연구자의 의견입니다.
- 피험자는 교육 일정을 준수하지 않습니다.
