- 1기 유방암을 앓고 있는 나이든 여성에서 유방절제술 후 유일한 치료법으로 수술 중 방사선 요법의 실행 가능성과 재현성을 연구합니다.

개요: 환자는 보존적 유방 수술과 액와 결절 절제(감시 결절 또는 고전적 절제)를 받습니다. 이 시점에서 환자는 6개 이상의 림프절을 제거한 후 액와 림프절 음성이거나 감시 림프절 음성이거나 음성 절제면 ≥ 2mm로 제한된 종괴 절제술을 받았어야 합니다. 환자는 유방을 닫고 재건하기 전에 수술 중 수술 중 방사선 요법을 받습니다.
환자는 연구 요법을 완료한 후 호르몬 요법을 시작할 수 있습니다.
연구 요법 완료 후 환자는 1년 동안 3개월마다, 1년 동안 4개월마다, 그 후 3년 동안 6개월마다 추적 관찰됩니다.

- 침윤성 암 또는 관내 암종
- 비상피 질환 또는 육종
- 다발성 질환
- 림프 색전증
- 안전 한계가 알려지지 않았거나 양성(원위치 또는 침습적)
- 미만성 미세석회화를 보여주는 수술 전 유방조영술
