Een prospectieve, eenarmige studie van gelijktijdig gemoduleerde versnelde radiotherapie in combinatie met S-1/DDP voor oudere slokdarmplaveiselcelcarcinoom.
Deze prospectieve fase Ⅱ-studie met één arm heeft tot doel de werkzaamheid en veiligheid te bepalen van eenmaal daagse simultane gemoduleerde versnelde radiotherapie in combinatie met S-1/DDP voor patiënten met geratisch slokdarmplaveiselcelcarcinoom.

Deelname Criteria
Onderzoekers zoeken naar mensen die aan een bepaalde beschrijving voldoen, de zogenaamde geschiktheidscriteria. Enkele voorbeelden van deze criteria zijn iemands algemene gezondheidstoestand of eerdere behandelingen.

Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- Pathologisch of cytologisch bevestigd plaveiselcelcarcinoom van de slokdarm.
- Stadium II-IVa ESCC bevestigd door endoscopische echografie (EUS) en beeldvormende onderzoeken.
- Veroudering van 70 naar 80.
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) prestatiestatus 0-2.
- Charlson's gewogen index van comorbiditeiten (WIC) ≤4;
- Aantal witte bloedcellen ≥4×109 /L, aantal neutrofiele granulocyten≥1,5×109 /L, aantal bloedplaatjes ≥100×109 /L, hemoglobine ≥100 g /L, serumcreatinine en bilirubine 1,5 keer minder dan de bovengrens van normaal (ULN), aminotransferase twee keer minder dan de ULN.
- Gewichtsverlies ≤15% in het afgelopen half jaar.
- Geforceerd expiratoir volume in 1 s≥ 1 L.
- Patiënten en hun familie ondertekenden de geïnformeerde toestemmingen.
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Vorige of recente andere maligniteit, behalve niet-melanome huidkanker of baarmoederhalskanker in situ.
- Reeds antineoplastische therapie ondergaan, inclusief chemotherapie, radiotherapie of operatie.
- Elke contra-indicatie voor chemotherapie of radiotherapie (zoals een hartinfarct binnen 6 maanden, immunosuppressieve therapie, symptomatische hartaandoeningen, waaronder onstabiele angina pectoris, congestief hartfalen en ongecontroleerde aritmie.)
- Kwaadaardige pleurale effusie of pericardiale effusie.
- Gewichtsverlies >10% in de afgelopen 3 maanden.
- Binnen 30 dagen gerekruteerd in andere klinische onderzoeken
- Drugsverslaving, langdurig alcoholmisbruik en AIDS-patiënten.
- Oncontroleerbare epileptische aanval of psychotische patiënten zonder zelfbeheersing.
- Ernstige allergie of eigenaardigheid.
- Niet geschikt voor dit onderzoek, oordeelden de onderzoekers.
