Inclusiecriteria:

  • Deelnemers met een eerste diagnose van HCC die een curatieve resectie of ablatie hebben ondergaan
  • Deelnemers komen in aanmerking om zich in te schrijven als ze niet-viraal gerelateerde HCC hebben, of als ze HBV-HCC of HCV-HCC hebben
  • Child-Pugh-score 5 of 6
  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) prestatiestatus (PS) 0 of 1

Uitsluitingscriteria:

  • Bekende fibrolamellaire HCC, sarcomatoïde HCC of gemengd cholangiocarcinoom en HCC
  • Elk bewijs van tumormetastase of gelijktijdig bestaande kwaadaardige ziekte
  • Deelnemers die eerder een eerdere therapie voor HCC hebben gekregen, inclusief locoregionale therapieën
  • Deelnemers die een levertransplantatie hebben ondergaan of op de wachtlijst staan ​​voor levertransplantatie
  • Deelnemers die binnen 30 dagen na randomisatie een levend/verzwakt vaccin hebben gekregen (bijv. varicella, zoster, gele koorts, rotavirus, orale polio en mazelen, bof, rubella [MMR]).
