Lo studio BCPP è progettato per testare l'ipotesi che l'implementazione di un pacchetto avanzato di prevenzione combinata che includa la fornitura di ART a tutti i partecipanti, indipendentemente dalla conta dei CD4 o dalla gravità della malattia da HIV, avrà un impatto sull'epidemia di HIV/AIDS riducendo in modo significativo l'HIV cumulativo a livello di popolazione incidenza in un'area geografica definita per un periodo di 3 anni e sarà conveniente.

Descrizione
Criterio di inclusione:
- Protocollo n. 1 - Baseline Household Survey (BHS): comunità di studio permanente o part-time residente in una qualsiasi delle 30 comunità di studio; Cittadino del Botswana o coniuge di un cittadino del Botswana; in grado di fornire il consenso informato se ≥18 anni, o in grado di fornire il consenso per integrare il permesso di un tutore, se minorenne (16 o 17 anni).
- Protocollo n. 3 - Coorte terapeutica ampliata: persone con infezione da HIV nelle comunità di prevenzione della combinazione che non sono ancora in ART e sono in grado di fornire il consenso informato se ≥18 anni, o in grado di fornire il consenso per integrare il permesso di un tutore, se minorenne ( 16 o 17 anni).
