Proteomisk analyse ved pediatrisk diabetes type 1 (PAPD) (PAPD)
Målrettet proteomisk analyse i plasma hos barn med diabetes type 1 og dens assosiasjon med perifer diabetisk nevropati
Målet med denne studien er å undersøke en målrettet proteomisk analyse i plasma av barn - av gresk opprinnelse - med type 1 diabetes (DT1) og dens korrelasjon med de elektrofysiologiske funnene som følger med diabetisk perifer nevropati.
Diabetisk nevropati er den hyppigste kroniske komplikasjonen hos voksne med DT1 og opptrer sjelden i barndommen. Likevel er tilfeller av akutt mononeuritt beskrevet på tidspunktet for diagnosen DT1. I følge nyere rapporter har flere biomarkører, inkludert proteomisk analyse, blitt foreslått for tidlig påvisning av perifer nevropati hos barn og unge voksne med T1DM.
I denne studien vil forskerne forsøke å undersøke rollen til biomarkører med målrettet proteomisk analyse i plasma til barn med DT1 i kombinasjon med en elektrofysiologisk studie, som inkluderer en nerveledningsstudie, for å oppdage tidlig diabetisk perifer nevropati, før oppkomsten av kliniske manifestasjoner.

Beskrivelse
Inklusjonskriterier:
- Barn med bekreftet DT1 under insulinsubstitusjonsterapi
- Alder 5-10 år
- God glykemisk kontroll med HbA1c ≤ 7,0 %
- Pasienter før puberteten
- Fravær av andre sykdommer
- Signert informert samtykke fra foreldre eller foresatte til pasienter
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Tilstedeværelse av organisk årsak til nevropati
- Tilstedeværelse av annen kronisk sykdom
- Dårlig glykemisk kontroll
