参与者的分配:
有兴趣的参与者将下载 SweetGoals 应用程序。 一旦完成所有筛选程序,包括通过邮件中的测试套件进行 A1c 验证,研究人员将安排一次网络视频会议,以 (1) 随机分配参与者并告知他们他们的干预条件分配; (2) 协助参与者设置Glooko账户并上传设备并引导他们进入Glooko数据可视化中心; (3) 下载 Glooko 移动应用程序,所有参与者都可以使用该应用程序,没有 Glooko 兼容泵的参与者将在其中输入碳水化合物计数。
干预提供:

血糖监测目标。 每个参与者都将根据他们用来监测血糖水平的设备收到特定设备(血糖仪与 CGM)的每日目标,所有参与者的最终每周目标是每周至少 5 天达到每日目标。 对于仅使用血糖仪的参与者,每天的血糖自我监测 (SMBG) 目标是 >5 次检查,每次检查距离 >2 小时。 对于使用 CGM 的参与者,CGM 佩戴时间目标是每天预期值的 80%。 每天的预期值基于特定于设备的检查频率(例如,Dexcom G6 每 5 分钟一次)。 我们选择这个截止值来反映临床上必要的葡萄糖监测频率,但也考虑到合法的断开时间(运动、休闲活动)和传感器变化。

激励成分

网络健康指导组件:

描述
纳入标准:
- 诊断为 T1D 超过 18 个月
- A1c ≥7.5%
- 报告在过去 6 个月内与管理 1 型糖尿病 (T1D) 的医生就诊
- 参与者必须使用与 Glooko 兼容的血糖仪或连续血糖监测仪。
排除标准:
- 怀孕或哺乳
- 会妨碍参与的严重医学疾病(例如,囊性纤维化、发育障碍、严重认知障碍)
- 妨碍参与的精神疾病
- T1D 以外的糖尿病诊断(2 型糖尿病、青年期发病的糖尿病/MODY)
- 使用任何已知会影响血糖控制的药物(口服或注射皮质类固醇、β-受体阻滞剂、抗精神病药物,如利培酮)。
